Lift your heart   to our Lord Jesus and pray these words with me:

Dear Lord Jesus,   I thank you because you have delivered me from fear. I denounce fear right now and cast it out of my heart and my soul.
I claim the Spirit of Power, Love and a Sound Mind. I declare that I am a person of courage . I will speak and act in faith, not fear.
I also claim the benefits of acting with courage in the covenant of your blood in Jesus' Name, Amen.
